This detailed technical engraving of the famous Battleship"Bismarck" has been
diamond engraved into black polished aluminium. The profile line drawing has
taken many hours of digitising by our team of experienced designers.

Mounted onto a 9" x 7" verneered plinth it is easily fitted to the wall
with the wall hanging slot.

The Bismarck is best known for its sinking of H.M.S. Hood in World War II's Battle of the Denmark Strait. Its brief service ended when it was disabled by a Swordfish attack and the sunk by the British Fleet.

The Discovery of the Bismarck Wreck

On the 27th May the Bismarck sunk in the position 48º 10´ north, 16º 12´ west
(650 kilometres west of Brest, France).

On the 8th of June 1989 the wreck of the Bismarck was discovered at a depth of about
4,850 meters by Robert Ballard. The man that also found RMS Titanic.
